Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been a model, actor and advocate for animal rights in the US. Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus '69 and The Getaway 72 are among her most famous movies. New York was her home and she was brought up in an artistic environment. She began as a photo assistant and then moved on to acting and modeling. Her first two movies were noticed and she received the Golden Globe Award of Most Newcomer of the Year. Her film MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was an enormous success that earned fame to the world in addition to being as an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. After just three short films MacGraw was named as the top female performer film in the history of box offices. In 1972 her hand-footprints as well as her signature were inscribed at Grauman's Chinese Theater. Alongside The Getaway Convoy Players she played a part in the tv series The Winds of War. Her autobiography Moving Pictures was published in 1991. MacGraw's been married three different occasions.
